VIRTUAL DOULA SUPPORT
Virtual Doula Support is similar to in person birth support without the “in person” support element. This is suited to those that would like to have a doula support them but not attend the birth.
I can provide you with emotional and educational birth support throughout your pregnancy and help support your birth partner to provide the physical support by teaching them how to provide comfort to you during labour and birth.
I will also be available remotely 24/7 10 days before your estimated due date and during your labour and birth to support you and your partner if you need me.
I will also support you remotely for the first 6 weeks post birth including an online birth debrief.
Doula support is provided to you and your family via phone, text, whatsapp & calls throughout your pregnancy, birth and postnatal period.
All antenatal and postnatal sessions will takes place via Microsoft Teams.
Fee £750
This package is ideal for those that want to have doula support without a doula being physically present at your birth.
A free initial 30 minute consultation to get to know me, ask questions and discuss what support you would like
2 X 2 hour online antenatal sessions to help prepare for birth, bespoke to you & can include antenatal education, hypnobirthing, birth planning, questions and more.
An on-call period of 10 days before your estimated due date until your baby is born.

Virtual support for the duration of your labour and birth
Virtual support via phone/text 24/7 during on call period
1 X 2 hour online postnatal sessions including birth debrief
Phone/text support for up to 6 weeks after the birth
