Hi I am Kerry-
I am a birth and postpartum doula based in Nottingham.
I have had the pleasure of working with many couples across Nottingham to support them in their pregnancy, birth and postpartum journeys.
Giving birth to my daughter was the most incredible moment of my life. It wasn’t an easy road but one I truly feel honoured to have experienced and I completely fell in love with birth. I had a tough pregnancy with Hyperemesis gravidarum and only wished I had more support throughout pregnancy and birth. Combining my passion of supporting others along with my love of birth, I made the decision to retain and work in the birth world.
I absolutely love supporting others and feel incredibly lucky to be part of someone’s birth journey; whether its helping them to prepare for birth feeling confident and empowered, supporting during birth and postpartum period offering continuity of care, emotional and physical support. I am also incredibly passionate about helping others to heal after a traumatic or difficult pregnancy or birth experience.

Doula Support
Having someone you know and trust to support you and provide continuity of care at your birth and during the postnatal period can make a world of difference to how you experience birth, no matter what path your birth takes.
I offer a range of doula services including birth and postnatal support and stand alone postnatal support in Nottingham.
Antenatal & Hypnobirthing Classes
Preparing for birth can be incredibly empowering and can support you and your partner to feel confident, excited and prepared for birth.
My 5* rated hypbirthing classes cover both antenatal information, hypnobirthing tools and skills you can use throughout pregnancy and birth. My course is evidence based using the most up to date information to help you make those important birth decisions.
Available in a group setting in person in Nottingham City Centre, in person at your home as a private course or online.
Birth Trauma Support
Experiencing a traumatic or difficult birth or pregnancy can turn your world upside down.
I offer non judgemental trauma support service to help you debrief your birth and support you in processing your experience to help ease any unwanted or negative and heavy emotions.
